I thought I'd share with you my favourite purchases from this month, so here are the three products I'm absolutely loving right now ...

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil - 70ml £9

I've read about oil cleansers for some time and did some research online to see what came highly recommended. I'm a longtime advocate of using oil as a treatment, suffering from oily / combination skin and occasional hormonal acne and clogged pores at first I thought 'how can an oil help with my skin complaints?', but finding the right oil for your skin, be it cleanser or a treatment, really is a game changer.

I read great things about DHC's offering so gave it a go and I'm really liking the results.

I've added it into my night time skincare regime, massaging it into dry cleansed skin after removing my make up with micellar water - do avoid getting it in your eyes. I remove with warm damp cotton pads and give my face an overall rinse before drying and adding my night time serum.

My skin is already feeling softer after a week of using this nightly and I feel like my skin is throughly cleansed of all make up residue.

This will definitely become a staple in my skincare routine.

This Works Deep Pillow Spray - 75ml £16

If you're having trouble nodding off of an evening give this product a try, This Works award winning aromatherapeutic Deep Pillow Spray contains a blend of Lavender, Vetivert and Camomile that helps calm and soothe the body and mind.

It smells gorgeous and has been proven to help reduce anxiety and help encourage restful sleep. I love it!

Aesop Spray Deodorant - 50ml £23

I've recently read about the possible dangers of using aluminium based deodorants and them possibly being linked to breast cancer so thought I'd try to invest in some more natural offerings to keep my underarms smelling fresh.

I adore the smell of this unisex deodorant from Aesop, this Vetivert scented aluminium free spray, containing 11 natural essential oils, has me smelling like I've just had a trip to the spa, I love using in the evening after a bath. Its not an antiperspirant and probably wouldn't suffice in the hot months of summer but is a good choice in the less sticky months. It's doubled up as body spray and room spray for me, I can't get enough of this scent!
