Sweet potato chips -
Nothing quite beats fish and chips. Why not try a slightly healthier version with my sweet potato chips. So easy, just wash and cut up 2 to 3 sweet potatoes, place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes & voila!
I bought the Marks and Spencer's lightly dusted cod fillets and served with salad and M&S reduced fat sour cream and chive dip along with their pea and mint dip which went perfectly with the fish.
